FFR Signs Robotics Education Pact With CSTU and BIBS
FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem has signed a robotics education partnership with CSTU and BIBS, including a planned joint robotics lab and talent programs.

FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ: FFR), a U.S.-based Embodied AI robotics company, has signed a comprehensive strategic partnership with California Science and Technology University (CSTU) and Boston International Business School (BIBS). The deal builds on an existing working relationship between the three organizations and covers robotics education, research, talent cultivation and innovation. It was formally announced at FFR’s deal closing event in New York on October 26, where representatives from all three organizations took part in a signing ceremony. FFR EAI Device Business Group President Chris Chen attended the event. Plans include a new BIBS-FF-CSTU Joint Robotics Lab and new talent training programs for students and developers.
What the Partnership Covers
The agreement brings together several strands of work: strategic investment collaboration, joint development of robotics developer platform capabilities, operational support for CSTU’s Boston campus, the planned BIBS-FF-CSTU Joint Robotics Lab, and new talent training programs built to prepare students and developers for the embodied AI and robotics industries. A video of the signing ceremony is available online.
“This partnership reflects our commitment to building a comprehensive robotics ecosystem that connects technology innovation, education, research, and workforce development. By bringing together industry and academic leaders, we aim to help cultivate the next generation of robotics and AI talent while accelerating innovation through collaborative research and developer engagement.”
A Joint Robotics Lab
Under the MOU, FFR, CSTU and BIBS will explore ways to jointly advance robotics education programs, support developer communities, and create pathways for students, researchers and entrepreneurs to take part in the embodied AI economy. The planned BIBS-FF-CSTU Joint Robotics Lab is expected to serve as a platform for interdisciplinary research, hands-on robotics development, and industry-academic collaboration.
Zhigang Qin, President of California Science and Technology University, shared:
“We are pleased to deepen our relationship with FFR and BIBS through this comprehensive strategic partnership. By combining academic resources, industry expertise, and innovation-driven programs, we believe this collaboration can provide meaningful opportunities for students and researchers while helping support the advancement of robotics technologies.”
Building Robotics Talent
The new talent training programs are designed to prepare students and developers for the rapidly growing embodied AI and robotics industries.
Professor Liya Rong, Dean of Boston International Business School, Co-Dean of the BIBS-FF-CSTU AI Robotics Institute, and Head of Operations for CSTU’s Boston campus, stated:
“The convergence of artificial intelligence, robotics, and education is creating unprecedented opportunities for innovation. Through this partnership, we look forward to expanding collaborative research initiatives, strengthening academic-industry connections, and developing talent capable of contributing to the future of intelligent robotics systems.”
What Comes Next
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Professor Ugoji A. Eze, an international lawyer, AI and cybersecurity expert, and professor at the BIBS-FF AI-Robotics Institute, who also takes part in global policy discussions at the United Nations. With a joint lab in the works and training programs on the way, the partnership is meant to strengthen FFR’s position in robotics education and help prepare students and professionals for opportunities in embodied AI and robotics.
