Noteese Founders Join Harvard Business School Foundry
Noteese achievement platform founders Xavier and Xander Ngwala have been accepted into Harvard Business School Foundry.

Noteese, an AI-powered achievement platform founded by Los Angeles brothers Xavier and Xander Ngwala, has been accepted into Harvard Business School Foundry. The founders, who brand themselves as the Silicon Beach Brothers, are building a service designed to help people capture, preserve, and communicate accomplishments. Noteese is aimed at students and young professionals with milestones spread across documents, photographs, emails, and different platforms. The release does not disclose pricing for the platform.
Building An Achievement Record
Noteese is designed to help users document accomplishments, connect supporting evidence to them, and create a lasting Achievement Record for use when future opportunities arise. The platform covers achievements including academics, leadership, athletics, certifications, internships, volunteer service, entrepreneurship, creative work, and other milestones.
“Noteese is about helping people preserve the value of what they have accomplished and making those achievements easier to use when opportunities arise,”
Foundry Acceptance
Acceptance into Harvard Business School Foundry gives Xavier and Xander Ngwala an opportunity to continue refining Noteese, testing ideas, learning from other founders, and strengthening their experience in technology, product development, and entrepreneurship.

The milestone also supports the founders’ effort to establish Noteese in the Los Angeles startup community while building its presence in the Silicon Beach entrepreneurial and technology ecosystem.
Early Stage Product Work
Noteese remains early in its development. Xavier and Xander Ngwala plan to continue developing the platform and creating technology intended to help users recognize and communicate what they have achieved.
