Brillio Earns Two Gold Awards for AI Talent Program
Brillio AI Native Talent Development program earned two Gold Brandon Hall awards after reaching close to 5,500 employees in six countries.

Brillio has received two Gold Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for its AI Native Talent Development program, which reached close to 5,500 employees in six countries. The company won in the Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program category and the Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy category. The program is built around 40 role-specific personas and reported an engagement rate of about 90 percent in its first wave. It is designed for technical, delivery, sales, leadership, and business roles.
Applied AI Skills Across Roles
Brillio began treating AI workforce readiness as a top organizational priority in early 2025. Rather than using an off-the-shelf course catalog, it built a role-by-role capability architecture intended to move employees from AI awareness to applied skills.
Each learning journey has three stages: conceptual learning, hands-on practice in pre-configured AI Virtual Machine environments, and validated assessment. The program uses a technology stack and includes change management as part of its design.
“This recognition reflects our team's commitment to building real, applied AI capability across every role. Scaling AI requires more than technology. It requires people who understand how to apply AI to the way the business actually works. Through our AI Native Talent Development program, we've equipped our people to apply AI in the context of enterprise operations, use intelligent agents across the value chain, and continuously improve outcomes through learning and adaptation. We are honored to be recognized by Brandon Hall Group™, and proud of everyone across Brillio who helped turn that ambition into measurable results.”
Six Country Rollout
The program was delivered to employees in India, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Romania. Brillio used a wave-based rollout, with HR Business Partners supporting adoption across regions.
Initial results included close to 5,500 learners in Wave 1 and an AI capability baseline across technical and nontechnical roles. Average AI Native Scores approached the company’s organizational aspiration of 90 percent.
Recognition For Learning Programs
The 2026 HCM Excellence Award winners include organizations recognized for programs, strategies, technologies, and solutions that deliver business results in human capital management. Brillio said a global financial services institution has approached it about replicating the workforce model.
“Every year, the HCM Excellence Awards® remind us that innovation is ultimately about impact. The organizations recognized this year have demonstrated that great HR and learning strategies do not just improve programs, they strengthen organizations, empower people and deliver measurable business results. We are honored to celebrate their achievements,”
A Workforce Model For AI
For employers building internal AI skills, Brillio’s approach centers on specific job roles, practical environments, and assessment rather than course completion alone. People interested in the company’s AI-native talent approach or job openings can visit Brillio Careers.
