Post a job, sort the applicants and book interviews without an HR department.
By Working Wikily NewsroomUpdated Prices checked on each maker's site
This list covers nine recruiting tools for small employers who want to post a job, sort the applicants and book interviews without an HR department. It is for owners and managers who want to know what each tool does and what it costs.
We built it from the makers' own published pages. For each tool we read the product and pricing pages on October 2, 2026, and every price and claim below was found on those pages. A tool whose page could not be read, or did not support a claim, was dropped. The entries summarize what the makers publish; they are not hands-on reviews.
Each entry shows who the tool is best for, the lowest paid price in US dollars as the maker prints it, any free plan or trial, and its good and bad points. The table near the top puts all nine side by side.
The quick list
Manatal for individuals and small teams
Zoho Recruit for startups looking to hire their first teams
Breezy HR for teams that are hiring regularly
JazzHR for small businesses and growing teams
100Hires for small business teams that hire 5-50 roles per quarter
Recruit CRM for recruitment agencies, in-house recruiting teams and freelance recruiters
Every price is read on the maker's own pricing page on the day we update.
Each tool's screenshot is taken from its public site.
Every price and claim in an entry is checked against the maker's own page, saved on the day of writing. An entry that fails the check is dropped.
