CJ Logistics and iHerb marked 10 years of logistics collaboration at a ceremony at iHerb’s U.S. headquarters. The partnership began in Korea and has expanded to Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. CJ Logistics’ annual handling volume for iHerb rose from around 1.1 million boxes in the early stages to 10.4 million boxes in 2025, an increase of about 10 times. Cumulative volume has approached 60 million boxes, and the companies discussed further cooperation on the global e-commerce supply chain.

From Korea to Global Fulfillment

The partnership began in the Korean market before expanding into Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. iHerb sells more than 50,000 products online to 15 million customers in over 180 countries. CJ Logistics provides the company with logistics services including forwarding, warehousing, order fulfillment and management, and last-mile delivery.

In 2018, CJ Logistics established Korea’s first Global Distribution Center in Incheon to support iHerb’s Asia-Pacific expansion. The center enabled orders for Japan, Singapore, and Australia to be fulfilled from Korea rather than the United States, reducing delivery time and logistics costs.

Emun Zabihi, CEO at iHerb, stated:

“iHerb aims to provide high-quality products that global consumers can trust more quickly and reliably, and our partnership with CJ Logistics serves as a critical foundation supporting our global service competitiveness. By combining the global retail and logistics capabilities of both companies, we expect to continue to innovate our supply chain and strengthen our competitiveness.”

Saudi Center Begins Operations

The companies have extended their work to the Middle East, where CJ Logistics applied robotics technology at a Saudi Global Distribution Center established last year. The facility began full-scale operations in February and now handles iHerb fulfillment services across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.

Future cooperation is set to cover product category expansion and stronger logistics infrastructure for the region. The companies link iHerb’s sales expansion with higher logistics volumes and infrastructure advancement for CJ Logistics, while CJ Logistics’ services support iHerb’s customer satisfaction efforts.

Next Phase of Cooperation

The anniversary event included an exchange of plaques of appreciation between Jonathan Song, CEO of Global Business Division at CJ Logistics, and Emun Zabihi, CEO of iHerb. The companies also discussed plans to enhance their global e-commerce supply chain operations.

“Through our collaboration with iHerb, we have not only expanded into new markets and increased volumes but also enhanced satisfaction among global consumers, maximizing synergy between retail and logistics. Leveraging advanced logistics technologies and operational expertise, we will further upgrade our supply chain operations and strengthen our position as a key partner supporting the growth of the global e-commerce market.”
