Shoplazza has announced the winners of its 2025 Shoplazza Awards, marking the program’s fourth year with recognition displayed on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square, New York City. The awards recognize merchants and ecosystem partners building brands and operations for long-term growth across markets. This year’s recipients span consumer electronics, smart mobility, fashion and lifestyle, baby and home, premium materials, payments, logistics, marketing, and AI services. Shoplazza said the program reflects a shift toward integrated commerce systems, earlier investment in site optimization and localization, and stronger customer relationships.

Merchant Winners Across Markets

The 2025 Shoplazza Awards recognized merchants using Shoplazza’s commerce platform capabilities, including page building, multi-site management, localized payments, global logistics integrations, and data-driven operations. The winners represent brands operating at different stages of international expansion while using unified commerce systems to grow without adding operational complexity.

GMKtec, which operates in Mini PCs and AI supercomputing, has expanded into more than 70 countries since its 2019 founding. SAFNIX was recognized for its modular portable power business and its entry into the North American market through product engineering and localized commerce execution.

Other merchant recipients include ICOICE, a global colored contact lens brand and two-time Shoplazza Awards recipient; KuKirin, which sells high-ticket e-bikes; reborn doll business Babeside; and Real Silk Life, a premium lifestyle brand focused on natural materials. The companies were recognized for approaches ranging from direct-to-consumer operations and responsive supply chains to proprietary product development, craftsmanship, and brand positioning.

Partners Supporting Commerce Operations

The partner awards cover marketing, payments, and logistics functions that Shoplazza identified as important to conversion, retention, and operational stability. Marketing and user-growth recipients include MambaSMS, TidalFlow, and TuopuTech, which support lifecycle communication, content-led commerce, site experience, user behavior, and advertising efficiency.

Payment partners recognized in the awards include Checkout.com, PayPal, and WINTOPAY. The release cited their roles in acquiring, market coverage, checkout trust, and risk management for merchants operating across markets.

In logistics and fulfillment, Cainiao, ShipSaving, and YunExpress were recognized for services covering international transport, last-mile delivery, shipping workflow automation, cost efficiency, and global delivery support.

New AI Innovator Category

Shoplazza introduced an AI Innovator category for organizations using AI in revenue-critical workflows. The recipients are Sandwich Lab, Stripe, and Subotiz.

Sandwich Lab works in AI-driven content and marketing, while Stripe applies AI across payments, billing, and risk management. Subotiz provides AI-driven subscription and payment infrastructure for AI SaaS and digital businesses through Merchant of Record model systems designed to support revenue operations across global markets.

Four Years of Award Recognition

Shoplazza said the awards have tracked a change in global commerce priorities over four years, from experimentation to execution certainty, isolated tools to integrated systems, and short-term scale to durable operating capability. The Canadian AI commerce platform said it will continue investing in platform reliability, AI-enabled workflows, and ecosystem collaboration for businesses selling online, in-store, and through social channels.

“Across four years, the Shoplazza Awards have become less about recognition and more about record. They capture how merchants are adapting to structural change and building systems that can support long-term, AI-enabled growth.”
