WareSpace will open its second Denver-area location, WareSpace Park Hill, with a grand opening event on August 27, 2026. The 129,000-square-foot facility at 5150 Colorado Blvd. offers private warehouse units for small businesses across central and northeast Denver. Units range from 200 to more than 2,000 square feet, with all-inclusive pricing starting at $1,000 per month and lease terms of six to 12 months. The site brings WareSpace’s Denver footprint to about 200,000 square feet across two locations.

Flexible Space For Small Businesses

WareSpace Park Hill is designed for businesses that need storage, operating space, shipping areas, and room to meet customers without taking on a traditional industrial lease. The facility includes loading docks, year-round HVAC, shipping areas, and on-site support.

“Small businesses do not all grow the same way, so they should not have to take the same approach to space. A business might need 300 square feet today and 1,500 a year from now. Our goal is to give entrepreneurs the space and flexibility to grow without forcing them into a lease that is bigger or more expensive than they need.”

Central Denver Access

The Park Hill location is intended to serve businesses in Park Hill, Five Points, RiNo, Central Park, Aurora, Montbello, Commerce City, Northfield, Cherry Creek, Capitol Hill, and LoDo. It is about five minutes from I-25, seven minutes from I-70, and two minutes from Colorado Boulevard. WareSpace says Denver International Airport is about 22 minutes away and downtown Denver is about 17 minutes away.

“Opening a second location in Denver is about more than adding square footage. It is about creating infrastructure for the businesses that are building the city's economy. Park Hill gives entrepreneurs a centrally located place to operate, store inventory, meet customers and grow, with the flexibility to right-size their space as their businesses change.”

Grand Opening Event

The August 27 event will spotlight tenant businesses at Park Hill and vendors that are tenants at WareSpace’s nearby Centennial building. It will include facility tours, tenant businesses, interactive experiences, local food and beverages, business resources, and networking opportunities.

The event runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. Planned activities include chair massages, digital headshots, BBQ, networking, and raffle prizes. More details are available on the WareSpace Park Hill grand opening page.

A Larger Denver Footprint

Park Hill follows WareSpace’s Centennial facility and expands the company’s Denver-area footprint to approximately 200,000 square feet. The company operates 32 locations nationwide. For entrepreneurs looking to keep overhead tied to their current space needs, the new site offers a practical option to adjust warehouse capacity as inventory and operations change.

“Right-sizing space can be one of the most important decisions a growing business makes. We want to make that decision easier. Businesses should be able to put their money into inventory, employees and growth instead of paying for space they do not need.”
