Facilio Launches AI Agents for Facilities Work
Facilio Atom AI agents automate facilities management tasks by up to 40% across helpdesk, compliance, finance, and operations.

Facilio Inc. has launched Facilio Atom, an autonomous AI agent suite for facilities management teams handling service, finance, and operations work. The company says the software can automate up to 40% of repetitive back-office tasks and is now live in early enterprise deployments. Facilio Atom is designed for enterprise facility owners, operators, and facilities management service providers globally. It can work independently alongside existing CMMS, ERP, and finance systems, or operate within Facilio’s connected platform.
Agents Work Across Three Areas
Facilio Atom covers helpdesk dispatch, compliance automation, and finance and control. Unlike a conventional computerized maintenance management system, which records work and relies on people to start workflows, the agents are intended to execute routine tasks and pass exceptions to human teams.
The tool-agnostic setup is designed to let facilities teams automate workflows without a project to replace their existing systems. Facilio positions the agents as a way to keep routine work moving while retaining human oversight for exceptions.
“AI is moving from analysis to action, shifting work from being human-driven to system-driven. Facilities management is one of the last large operational domains still reliant on manual coordination. It is high time that FM operations evolve from being centered around a mere system of record into a system that keeps operations moving continuously. With autonomous agents, Facilio is enabling a new operating model where service delivery, compliance, reporting and management run with consistency at scale. We're entering the autonomous era in facilities and it's about to redefine the standard for operational performance.”
Early Deployment Results
One early deployment at a large multinational facilities management service provider in the UAE uses Facilio’s AI Helpdesk across multi-shift operations. Within days of going live, one customer support line became fully autonomous, responding to customer queries 24/7, creating and progressing service requests, escalating exceptions to supervisors, and keeping customers updated automatically.
Facilio reports that other deployments have eliminated dozens of manual facilities management hours per month, detected invoice errors before client exposure, and improved SLA adherence without adding headcount.
“The most immediate impact of AI in FM isn't another chatbot or a dashboard, it's removing the drudgery for humans involved in FM operations. There's enormous repetitive work in facilities that requires humans to do intake and triage, coordination, approvals, invoice validation, reporting and supervisory work. Facilio's autonomous agents are built to take off a big chunk of that workload, operating on top of existing CMMS and finance systems. The result is simple: faster cycles, fewer misses, tighter controls, and an operational backbone that doesn't depend on who's online.”
Available With Connected CMMS
The agents can operate as a standalone layer or as part of Facilio’s Connected CMMS Platform. Facilio is making the product available to enterprise facility owners, operators, and facilities management service providers worldwide.
For facilities teams managing service requests, compliance work, and financial controls across existing systems, Facilio Atom is intended to take on recurring operational work while flagging exceptions for staff review.
