JIM.com has launched an Android app that brings its AI payment and business tools to Android users across the United States. The move gives gig workers, street vendors, and solo entrepreneurs access to the same platform previously available on iOS. JIM.com says it has signed up tens of thousands of merchants across all 50 states since entering the U.S. market in early 2025. The app turns a compatible smartphone into a payment terminal, with instant payouts, payment links, and an AI business agent included.

Full Android Feature Set

The Android app includes JIM.com’s AI Business Agent, a chat-based tool that manages payments, creates payment-enabled websites, diagnoses account issues, identifies local sales opportunities, writes marketing copy, and analyzes cash flow trends. Merchants can also accept contactless card payments through NFC on compatible Android devices without a card reader or dongle.

The platform also offers payment links for remote sales and instant payouts after transactions. JIM.com says it charges one transparent flat fee, with no hidden charges or monthly subscriptions.

“Android is the platform of choice for many of the gig workers, street vendors, and solo entrepreneurs we built JIM for. Today, we're bringing self-driving finance to everyone,”

Built for Independent Workers

JIM.com positions the Android release for the 70 million gig workers and independent entrepreneurs in the U.S., including food truck operators, mobile barbers, weekend market vendors, and rideshare drivers with side businesses. Android accounts for roughly 45% of the U.S. smartphone market, according to the release, expanding the service’s potential audience.

“Android users have historically been underserved by fintech. Most payment platforms were built for iOS first and Android second — if at all. We refused to accept that gap. Our Android app was engineered in parallel to deliver the exact same AI-powered experience, because the merchants who need us most shouldn't have to wait.”

Availability and Pricing

JIM.com is the U.S. flagship of CloudWalk, which serves more than 6 million clients in Brazil through its InfinitePay brand. The JIM.com app is available through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Merchants can download it and begin accepting payments in minutes, according to the company.
