Bonipak Produce, a fourth-generation grower, packer, and shipper founded in 1932, has deployed OneTrack.AI’s AiOn agentic AI platform across the business after a sandbox test on its own operational data turned up opportunities it could act on within hours of the first conversation. Bonipak says it will use the platform in its farming, cooling, and transportation operations and make it available to employees at every level. Its newly established analytics team will use the platform to build tools, analyze data across systems, and address business challenges.

Connecting Separate Data Systems

Bonipak runs a mix of proprietary and industry software across its family of companies. OneTrack says AiOn connects standalone data sources, including ERP and fleet data, through one autonomous agent, so teams can move from questions to answers, applications, and automation.

OneTrack says the platform has permission controls to protect critical data. AiOn uses large language models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI through secure inference infrastructure.

“For our production, harvesting, and processing plans to be exceptional, they must be dynamic. To us, OneTrack's agentic solutions will be an exciting next chapter in Bonipak's nearly hundred-year legacy of innovation as we continue to ensure our people have access to the best technology.”

Tools for Analytics Teams

Bonipak’s analytics team will use AiOn to create its own tools, analyze data held in separate systems, and develop skills while working on operational needs. The company’s planned uses include finding business opportunities, mapping the seed-to-sale chain, and analyzing farming operations across thousands of acres.

OneTrack says its context layer learns each client’s way of operating, including productivity calculations, data understanding, and corporate values, and that this lets teams use connected data more quickly.

“Feeding data to any off-the-shelf model isn't hard. Trusting the model with your proprietary intelligence is. OneTrack AiOn was purpose-built with institutional-grade governance and security in mind, ensuring the right people have access to the right information to operate at scale.”

From Questions to Goals

Bonipak’s first use of the platform centers on asking operational questions and receiving answers from connected data. The next stage involves employees building applications on the data rather than waiting for reports.

The company’s longer-term aim is to give an agent a goal instead of a defined task, allowing it to determine the steps needed to complete work across Bonipak’s operations.
