Euno Raises $23 Million for Enterprise AI Context
Euno raises $23 million for its enterprise AI context platform, helping organizations deploy governed AI agents using trusted business data.

Euno has raised $23 million in Series A funding to expand its enterprise AI context platform, which is designed to help organizations put AI agents into production within weeks. The round was led by N47, with existing investor 10D and several technology founders also participating. The funding brings Euno’s total raised to $29 million. Founded in 2023, the company works with Fortune 500 organizations including AlphaSense and Zayo Group.
Building Context for AI Agents
Euno’s software continuously maps how an organization builds, uses, and governs its data. It is intended to give AI agents the information needed to understand data meaning, ownership, lineage, trust, and access rules before they take action across business systems.
The platform replaces manually maintained context with what Euno describes as a live AI-native brain. It analyzes patterns in evolving metadata graphs, then refines its understanding through agent feedback as organizational information changes.
“Models keep getting better and cheaper, but the long-term AI moat for enterprises will increasingly come from the accumulated record of how work gets done. Competitors may have access to the same frontier models, but they cannot easily replicate the proprietary context and experience an enterprise has accumulated through its own operations.”
Governance Built Into Access
For employers and enterprise data teams, Euno positions governance as part of the context layer rather than a separate step. Its platform is built to deliver only the context needed for an agent’s task and role, while enforcing organizational boundaries in real time.
“The teams that own enterprise data have been the ones slowing AI down, and they were right to do so because nobody could tell them what an agent would be able to reach once it was connected. Security vendors sell them the fear. We hand them the ability to actually deploy and build the organizations of the future.”
Funding and Customer Expansion
N47 led the investment, joined by 10D and technology founders including Wiz co-founder Yinon Kostika, Cyera co-founder and CEO Yotam Segev, Eon co-founder and CEO Ofir Ehrlich, Tavily founder Rotem Weiss, and former Tableau CEO and president Mark Nelson.
Euno plans to use the funding primarily for sales, marketing, and AI research. The company employs nearly 30 people across the United States and Israel and expects to double its workforce by year-end.
“Enterprises are thirsty for impact-making AI agents. For an AI agent to move the needle, it must act on current and trusted business data - and that demands precise, scalable contextual infrastructure. Demand for this AI infrastructure is accelerating fast, and Euno is the only company building it AI-native instead of retrofitting a solution meant for people. Sarah and Eyal are data experts and have world-class engineering depth, which is exactly what this kind of problem demands.”
Use at Zayo
Euno was named in Gartner’s Coolest Vendor Innovations in Data Management report, which recognized its continuously updated enterprise context graph for giving AI systems semantic understanding of data assets.
At Zayo, the tool has been used as an alternative to building a traditional data catalog and manually creating canonical models.
“After years of implementing data governance solutions at the top two telecom providers in the United States, encountering Euno was a turning point. With it, I realized we no longer needed to follow the traditional playbook and build a data catalog, but could leap ahead with an AI-driven approach. This shift saved significant time, without needing to build complex models or manually create canonical models”
A Platform for Enterprise Data Teams
Founded by Sarah Levy and Eyal Firstenberg, Euno is aimed at enterprises that want AI agents to work with operational data while maintaining control over access, governance, and cost. The company says its platform can help organizations move AI projects from pilots to production without first spending a year preparing data for AI use.
