eclicktech says it has embedded dozens of AI agents across its global marketing operations, assigning systems tasks from campaign analysis to lead generation and workflow coordination. The company’s internal AI systems consume more than 4 billion tokens a day, it says, while its EC-Agent platform can create customized agents in as little as five minutes. eclicktech positions the tools as operational coworkers that can take briefs, analyze data, draft proposals, manage workflows, and optimize campaigns. The approach is aimed at global enterprises that need to manage marketing activity across markets, platforms, languages, and creative assets.

AI Agents In Marketing Operations

eclicktech tested its approach through an AI Implementation Hackathon, placing agents into live business workflows. The company says the work showed how AI can support teams across the global marketing process, rather than operating as a standalone feature or browser-based assistant.

“The rise of organizational AI wasn't accidental — it was driven by the complexity of the business itself,”

Aodi Zhang, Chief Product Officer at eclicktech

The company describes global marketing as an environment with high-frequency decisions, large volumes of data, and rapid changes across multiple channels. It says AI agents can carry out longer sequences of work, coordinate tools, work with context, and make independent decisions within assigned tasks.

Four Agents With Defined Jobs

eclicktech highlighted four systems from its internal operations. Hubert acts as a collaboration hub, organizing client information from cross-team requests and alerting relevant stakeholders when updates occur. Dexter monitors monetization and campaign dashboards, identifies anomalies, traces likely causes, and produces attribution analysis and optimization recommendations.

Hunter supports business development by scanning emails, LinkedIn, and websites for potential leads. It can generate personalized outreach emails and test messaging through automated A/B testing. Link works inside messaging platforms to automate inquiry collection, order notifications, and operational coordination.

“We no longer think of AI as a tool sitting in a browser bookmark bar. We think of it as a teammate that can be assigned tasks, held accountable for outcomes, and integrated into operational workflows.”

Platform For Custom Agents

The company says its EC-Agent platform is its proprietary enterprise AI agent development system. It reports that users can build customized agents in as little as five minutes, with development costs reduced by up to 80%. The platform supports deployment across creative generation, campaign optimization, budget allocation, data attribution, customer service, and technical operations, according to eclicktech.

For employers and SaaS founders, the model centers on assigning clearly defined operational work to AI while retaining human responsibility for oversight and final decisions.

“The more powerful AI becomes, the more important clear operational boundaries become. AI handles execution and operational tasks, while humans remain responsible for oversight, judgment, and final decision-making. That human-AI collaboration model is critical for maintaining operational safety and business reliability.”

Human Oversight Remains Central

eclicktech’s rollout presents AI agents as accountable parts of an operating system, with assigned work and measurable KPIs rather than open-ended automation. Its examples focus on reducing repetitive coordination, data reconciliation, prospecting, and administrative work so human teams can spend more time on negotiations, strategic decisions, and oversight.
