Workforce technology provider Geographic Solutions has launched Version 25 of Virtual OneStop Sapphire®, known as VOS Sapphire AI+. The AI-powered platform modernizes workforce service delivery and connects job seekers, employers and agencies through an intelligent talent marketplace. The new release brings expanded AI capabilities, modernized features and more intuitive experiences to help agencies operate more efficiently. Its integration with Azure OpenAI is already in use in Georgia and Texas, where more than 170,000 users across both states have engaged with the AI-assisted features since launch. A new Program Finder simplifies access to education and training opportunities, while Digital Credentials lets individuals manage and showcase their achievements.

SmartMatch Talent Search for Employers

For employers, SmartMatch Talent Search streamlines recruitment by matching job requirements with relevant candidate skills and experience. It is one of several Version 25 enhancements aimed at improving how individuals and employers connect with opportunities.

VOS Sapphire AI+ is designed to support the diverse needs of the American Job Center system. It is a Modifiable Off-The-Shelf (MOTS) solution, so it can be configured and adapted to meet state or local workforce requirements.
