The Entreprenista League will bring more than 300 women entrepreneurs to its sold-out Founders Weekend at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, from April 30 to May 3. The three-day retreat is designed for women founders looking to scale their businesses, make professional connections, and develop as leaders. Attendees will travel from across the United States and Canada for panels, mastermind sessions, a brand marketplace, wellness activities, and evening events. Entreprenista has positioned the gathering as its largest Founders Weekend to date.

Three Days of Founder Programming

The agenda includes curated panels and small-group mastermind sessions, alongside guided walks, meditation, and a Pvolve class. Organizers will also host marketplace activations and evening celebrations, giving attendees structured time for education, networking, and community.

Speakers include Amanda Goetz, a two-time founder and CMO of Alix Earle’s Reale Actives; Tisha Thompson, founder of LYS Beauty; Anne Mahlum, founder of [solidcore] and Back on My Feet; and Bonny Ghosh, editor of Inc.

Brand Marketplace Activations

Justworks, BILL, Glamsquad, LolaVie, and IT Cosmetics are among the brand partners scheduled to host interactive activations in the event marketplace. The partners will offer attendees access and experiences during the retreat.

Founders Weekend is part of Entreprenista’s community offering for ambitious women entrepreneurs. The membership community provides resources, member benefits, and virtual and in-person events intended to help founders build relationships with investors, mentors, clients, and customers.

A Community Built for Connections

The retreat focuses on putting founders together in person, with the program designed around business relationships as well as personal connection.

“Founders Weekend is the event our community tells us changed their business, and their life. There is something truly powerful that happens when you put hundreds of driven, generous, visionary women in the same room. We've watched partnerships form, deals close, and lifelong friendships begin over a single weekend. We build this experience from the ground up for exactly that kind of magic, and we can't wait to welcome this year's attendees.”
