Lantern has named David Rozen co-founder and chief financial officer, adding an executive with more than 20 years of experience scaling companies, raising capital, and leading operations. Rozen has raised more than $2 billion in debt and equity capital during his career. His past work includes helping build Corvias Group into a $2 billion military housing leader, scaling Ancora Risk Advisors to $150 million in 18 months, and helping grow Alex & Ani from $127 million to a $1.4 billion private equity exit. The appointment adds financial and operating experience to Lantern’s founding team as it builds an AI-native business planning platform for small and medium-sized businesses.

A Builder Joins Lantern

Rozen joins Lantern with experience across finance, operations, and high-growth company building. The company positions its platform as an alternative to rigid and fragmented enterprise resource planning systems for businesses that need a flexible way to manage operations.

“I spent decades in the C-suite watching companies drown in software that was supposed to help them. What lights me up is building something that actually works. Something that solves real problems.”

David Rozen, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at Lantern

Planning Tools for SMBs

LanternBRP, the core offering from parent company Lantern Partners AI, is a SaaS business resource planning platform for small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industries. The platform is designed to unify data ecosystems and provide real-time visibility, automated workflows, predictive analytics, and integrations with more than 150 systems.

The service is intended for SMBs seeking enterprise-style planning and operational tools without relying on disconnected ERP software.

David Rozen, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at Lantern, stated:

“One thing I'll never compromise on is speed of execution. You can have the best idea in the room, but if you move too slowly, someone else wins.”

Native AI Focus

Rozen sees native AI as a way for smaller companies to use intelligence that has often been available only to much larger organizations. His arrival gives Lantern a co-founder with experience raising capital and scaling operations as the company serves SMB customers.

David Rozen, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at Lantern, shared:

“Native AI is the great equalizer. A 50-person company can now operate with the intelligence of a Fortune 500 business. We're closing that gap by putting the 'AI' in 'Main Street'.”

A Broader Operating Team

Lantern combines Rozen’s finance and operating background with an AI-native platform intended to help SMBs manage data, workflows, analytics, and system integrations in one place. The company’s offering is aimed at organizations that want clearer operational visibility and faster decision-making.
