Crossware has expanded its agreement with Ingram Micro, making Crossware Email Signature for Microsoft 365 available through Microsoft Marketplace Private Offers in Ingram Micro Xvantage for authorized North American channel partners. The offering gives cloud solutions providers, managed service providers, and resellers a route to provision centralized email signature management for Microsoft 365 customers. Crossware processes more than five million emails a day and is building its North American presence after expansion in the European Union and Asia-Pacific over the past five years. Partners can access deployment paths, pricing structures, and onboarding frameworks through Xvantage.

Central Email Signature Controls

Crossware Email Signature for Microsoft 365 provides a central platform for managing employee email signatures. Crossware says it applies consistent company branding, legal disclaimers, compliance messaging, promotional banners, campaigns, and dynamic messaging to outbound email.

Crossware says the software removes the need to update signatures individually across users, and that it supports signature display in Outlook desktop, Outlook Web, Mac, mobile devices, and other email clients.

Private Offers in Xvantage

The integration uses Ingram Micro Xvantage™ and Microsoft Marketplace Private Offers. It enables MSPs and resellers to add centralized email governance and marketing capabilities to existing Microsoft 365 environments through Ingram Micro’s cloud marketplace.

“Our long-term relationship with Ingram Micro has always been focused on empowering their customers with robust and scalable technology solutions.”

Troy Adams, Managing Director at Crossware

“By making Crossware available through Microsoft Private Offers within Ingram Micro's Xvantage platform, we are removing the deployment and procurement boundaries for MSPs, which is a core focus for us as we grow our presence in the North American market. Channel partners can now instantly provision a centralized email signature framework that secures corporate compliance and unlocks a powerful marketing channel across their entire Microsoft 365 user base.”

Availability for Channel Partners

Crossware and Ingram Micro have worked together since 2019. Crossware Email Signature for Microsoft 365 is available immediately to authorized Ingram Micro channel partners.

“By integrating Crossware into Xvantage's cloud marketplace, we are expanding the scope of value-added services available to our growing CSP partner network.”

Cheryl Rang, Vice President, Technology Solutions at Ingram Micro

“By streamlining Microsoft Marketplace transactions through Private Offers, we are enabling our MSPs to deliver sophisticated branding, governance, and security solutions to their clients while maintaining the operational efficiency and automated provisioning they expect from Ingram Micro.”

A Direct Microsoft 365 Option

For North American Microsoft 365 partners, the expanded agreement adds a procurement and deployment route for Crossware’s email signature platform through Ingram Micro Xvantage.
