xTool has opened global launch orders and final payments for its O1 Omni Printer, a desktop system combining UV, direct-to-garment, direct-to-film and UV DTF printing. The printer is aimed at artists, merchandise studios, e-commerce sellers and small businesses that want to customize rigid materials and textiles from one workspace. Early-bird prices range from $1,699 to $2,799, depending on configuration, compared with MSRPs from $2,499 to $3,499. The launch also introduces a Desktop 3D Embroidery Workflow for creating textured designs.

Four Printing Methods In One

The O1 Omni Printer uses an upgradable dual-printhead design. Buyers can configure it for Dual UV printing, which xTool says supports multi-layered effects and faster production, or choose the Hybrid UV + Fabric setup for wood, acrylic, glass, metal, apparel and UV DTF transfer decals.

The machine’s Pixel-Scan Vision System combines 1:1 distortion-free CIS scanning, line laser altimetry and laser-guided auto-focus. xTool says the system detects an object’s highest point, while its 3D Cup Modeling & Preview maps designs onto 90% of mainstream tumblers for jigless printing.

Textured Printing And AI Tools

The new Desktop 3D Embroidery Workflow pairs direct-to-garment printing with an embroidery kit to create full-color textured work. xTool’s AI Embossed Embroidery feature turns flat images into 3D textures, while the system also includes a library of more than 2,000 textures for 7mm relief and a lenticular 3D generator.

For existing xTool users, the software supports a Laser + UV Seamless Workflow. A workpiece cut on an xTool laser engraver can be moved to the O1, where the software recognizes and aligns the print. AI Contour Recognition is designed to identify irregular shapes and avoid holes, while a One-Click AI Generator turns prompts into designs for production.

Built For Product Businesses

xTool positions the O1 for makers producing custom merchandise across different materials, including wooden skateboards, acrylic badges and cotton apparel. The company also highlights edge-to-edge glassware printing and adhesion on untreated industrial metals for sellers expanding customized product lines.

The printer offers G7®-level color accuracy and uses GREENGUARD® Gold UV inks and OEKO-TEX® textile inks. Its SmartCycle™ 2.0 Maintenance System automates nozzle care, and Clog-Free Vacation Mode is intended to let users leave the machine idle for up to two weeks.

Launch Prices And Configurations

The Single UV Edition is available at an early-bird price of $1,699, with a $2,499 MSRP. The Dual UV Edition costs $2,699 during the launch period and has a $3,299 MSRP. The UV + DT Fabric Edition is priced at $2,799 early-bird, before its $3,499 MSRP.

Customers who placed pre-order deposits can complete their final payment to receive early-bird pricing and a $459 bonus package. New buyers can also order at the promotional price during the global launch window.

One Desktop System For Custom Work

For small production teams and independent sellers, the O1 is designed to bring rigid-surface, textile and transfer printing into a single desktop workspace. The three configurations give buyers a choice between a Single UV setup, a Dual UV setup and a UV + DT Fabric setup.
