Dyna.Ai and Gulf Applications Co. (GAPP) have announced a partnership to introduce enterprise AI agents to organizations across Saudi Arabia. Revealed at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, the agreement brings Dyna.Ai’s agentic AI platform into enterprise IT environments supported by GAPP. The companies will explore voice and text-based AI agents, plus AI Employee products, for internal workflows and client-facing services. The offering is aimed at organizations seeking AI tools built for their own use cases and local data-governance requirements.

AI Agents for Enterprise Work

The partners plan to assess where AI agents can be embedded into day-to-day operations instead of being deployed as standalone tools. Potential uses span internal business workflows and service delivery for clients, with the companies positioning the work around measurable business results.

“GAPP brings strong local market knowledge and enterprise technology expertise, creating a solid foundation for this partnership. Together, we will work with organizations to identify where AI agents can add value and how they can be introduced with minimal disruption, creating a practical, lower-risk path to measurable business results.”

Support for Saudi AI Plans

The announcement coincides with Saudi Arabia’s official Year of Artificial Intelligence in 2026, an initiative led by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority. Dyna.Ai and GAPP said their work responds to demand from public and private sector organizations for AI systems aligned with Vision 2030 digital mandates.

“Our collaboration with Dyna.Ai creates opportunities to introduce advanced, enterprise-grade AI capabilities to organizations across the Kingdom. By pairing global AI technology with our deep local integration expertise, we aim to help Saudi organizations automate critical workflows, elevate operational standards, and support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 digital-economy objectives.”

Middle East Expansion

The agreement is Dyna.Ai’s latest move to expand its presence in the Middle East enterprise technology sector. GAPP provides ICT infrastructure, cloud services, Internet of Things and network energy systems across Saudi Arabia.
