YYForce has formed Facadevision AI Pte. Ltd., a Singapore joint venture with Integral Cleaning Pte. Ltd. that will add drone-enabled facade inspection and cleaning to its integrated facility management services. YYForce holds a 70% stake in the venture, while Integral holds the remaining 30%. Commercial deployment for Singapore commercial buildings is slated to begin in Q3 2026. The service combines exterior-cleaning drones with AI-assisted image analysis intended to identify facade defects and reduce the need for personnel to work at height.

Drone Based Facade Services

Facadevision AI’s automated facade-cleaning robotics system is designed for exterior cleaning and inspection of building envelopes. Its AI-assisted image analysis is intended to detect cracking, spalling, sealant failure, and water ingress.

Facade maintenance in Singapore has traditionally used rope access and suspended gondolas. YYForce said the new approach is designed to reduce the number of people working at height, shorten project turnaround times, and give building owners a documented record of facade condition for periodic inspection requirements and broader building management and compliance systems.

“We believe facade work is one of the last areas of the IFM industry still done largely the way it was done thirty years ago. Replacing ropes and gondolas with drones and AI will take skilled workers out of harm's way and put them behind better tools. We're excited to bring our clients the safer, smarter option they've been asking for, and expect to build Facadevision AI into a high-margin growth driver for our IFM business.”

Singapore Launch Plans

Facadevision AI will initially serve commercial buildings in Singapore. YYForce intends to extend the operation to industrial and residential properties as it matures.

Integral brings operational experience and commercial networks in Singapore’s specialized facade maintenance sector. YYForce said the venture will complement its existing IFM services and open access to inspection and technical assessment work adjacent to its current service offerings.

Expanded IFM Capabilities

YYForce operates an AI-enabled workforce management platform and provides integrated facility management services across Asia and beyond. Its YY Circle platform helps hospitality, food and beverage, retail, and other service-sector clients predict, plan, and optimize workforce deployment, while its 24IFM software platform supports facility management customers across hospitality, transportation, banking, retail, and mixed-use facilities.

Facadevision AI adds drone-enabled facade inspection and cleaning to YYForce’s IFM portfolio, alongside the company’s existing workforce management and facility services.
