LittleHorse Enterprises and El Paso Labs have announced a partnership offering aimed at speeding the deployment of AI agents into business workflows. The companies combine El Paso Labs’ custom software and consulting work with LittleHorse’s Business-as-Code platform, including its Saddle Command Center. The offering is designed for organizations that need custom workflows and integrations beyond packaged SaaS products, with use cases spanning fintech, healthcare, retail, customer portals, and apps. LittleHorse’s open-source platform is also available on GitHub.

Custom Workflows for Business Teams

The partnership centers on building business-specific functionality where off-the-shelf software does not meet a customer’s needs. El Paso Labs provides custom web and mobile app development, cloud and DevOps work, AI integrations, and automations, while LittleHorse provides the workflow platform.

The companies position the service for businesses looking for a more tailored route to customer engagement processes and workflow modernization.

“Even though we're not a tech company, we were held back by the limitations of SaaS software that we use to serve our clients and we needed custom workflows and integrations. El Paso Labs and LittleHorse's AI-enabled Business-as-Code Practice gives us the same tech advantages of larger companies but optimized for exactly what we need at a price tag we can afford.”

Agent Decisions With Workflow Controls

LittleHorse Saddle Command Center lets businesses codify processes so AI agents can make decisions while deterministic workflows handle critical actions. The platform is built to compose, connect, process, and govern workflow components, including microservices and agents.

El Paso Labs will use the platform to develop and deliver functionality tailored to individual business workflows.

“There is no one-size-fits-all because each customer has unique business workflows. Our experience accelerates getting the right answer for every customer. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with LittleHorse as a Certified Partner.”

Aimed at SaaS Cost Control

LittleHorse and El Paso Labs said their combined offering can provide a cost-effective alternative for companies that need functionality unavailable in packaged SaaS tools. The partnership is aimed at enterprises introducing agents into workflows while maintaining operational controls.

“LittleHorse can help enterprises contain SaaS costs, and innovate by safely and securely introducing agents into workflows. Our platform lets El Paso Labs deliver on time, to specifications, and operate with enterprise grade scale and reliability.”
