LPP Logistics Gets 99% Efficiency Gains With Geekplus Robots
LPP Logistics runs more than 1,600 Geekplus robots across two fulfillment centers in Poland, with 99% measured efficiency gains, Geekplus says.

LPP Logistics, the in-house logistics provider for fashion company LPP Group, has expanded its use of Geekplus warehouse robots, and the automation delivers 99% measured efficiency gains, according to Geekplus. More than 1,600 autonomous robots now work across racks and workstations at two LPP Logistics sites in Poland, with 1.4 million automatic high-bay storage locations. LPP Logistics uses the system to store and move a wide range of fashion products and to handle seasonal demand.
Robots Across Two Sites
LPP Logistics uses a tailored mix of Geekplus technology, matched to local operating requirements. The robots support hundreds of thousands of storage locations and totes, and storage reaches about 12 meters high.
Geekplus says the system cuts repetitive manual handling and kilometers of walking for employees, so staff can focus on monitoring and handling exceptions. The Geekplus operating system tracks and controls the flow of goods.
Room To Add Capacity
According to Geekplus, its systems are designed so LPP Logistics can expand robot capacity, workstations and throughput in line with seasonal peaks, changing storage needs and SKU growth.
Geekplus’ Robot Management System can coordinate fleets of more than 1,000 robots at one site. The company said this helps maintain operational continuity as the warehouse expands.

“Geekplus is proud to scale with LPP Logistics and extend our warehouse automation strategy across two fulfilment centres in Poland. For retailers, one of the biggest challenges is keeping high-volume fashion fulfilment fast and reliable, while staying flexible enough to handle seasonal demand and changing assortments. Geekplus is here to help close that gap by enabling high-density, fashion-focused fulfilment today, while giving LPP Logistics the flexibility to add capacity over time.”
Phased Rollout At Both Sites
Geekplus supported a phased rollout at both locations, aimed at keeping operations running and disruption low so LPP Logistics could keep meeting customer expectations. Geekplus says the program applies system design and deployment processes from its earlier European projects, which makes go-lives faster and more predictable.

“Choosing Geekplus was about bringing measurable value to our fulfilment model - both by improving day-to-day operations and giving us greater confidence in our ability to scale. Geekplus technology helps us improve flow efficiency and throughput while reducing repetitive manual handling. Just as importantly, the deployment approach gave us the assurance we needed to expand across sites. With Geekplus as our partner, we can deliver reliable performance today while retaining the flexibility to scale in line with LPP's growing fashion assortment and changing seasonal demand, ultimately supporting a better customer experience.”
